Meet the Team

Brodie White

CEO / Registered Paramedic
Brodie is the Managing Director of Medical Edge Australia and HEED Health Education.

A Registered Paramedic with over a decade of frontline experience, he has held senior roles including Paramedic Educator, Health Commander, and Acting Group Manager with Ambulance Victoria.

He has led statewide training programs for emergency services and brings deep expertise in clinical service delivery, education, and operational leadership.

Brodie is committed to ensuring HEED delivers high-quality, compliant, and industry-aligned training outcomes.

Belinda (Bel) Crean

General Manager/ Registered Paramedic

Belinda is a Registered Paramedic and passionate vocational education leader with more than 20 years of experience in training, education and team development.

As General Manager of HHE, Belinda works closely with students, trainers and industry partners to ensure every student receives a supportive, practical and high-quality learning experience. She is particularly passionate about helping students build their confidence, develop real-world skills and feel supported throughout every stage of their journey.

Belinda brings extensive experience in healthcare education, course development, compliance and academic leadership. However, what she values most is seeing students grow, overcome challenges and take meaningful steps towards their future careers.

Known for her warm and approachable nature, Belinda believes education can genuinely change lives and that every student deserves the opportunity to succeed.

Belinda Readman

Enrolment & Compliance Manager
Belinda oversees all aspects of student enrolments, compliance, and reporting for Heed Health Education. She provides strategic oversight and practical insight into maintaining high standards of compliance and service delivery.

Previously, Belinda worked in business management, training, and compliance across the tourism and hospitality industry, developing a strong understanding of industry expectations and regulatory requirements.

She is dedicated to maintaining transparent, efficient processes that support both compliance and optimising the student experience.

Belinda holds qualifications in Training and Assessment, and Workplace Health and Safety, and is passionate about continuous improvement and protecting the integrity of nationally recognised training.

Sean Delaney

Technology and LMS Specialist
Sean manages HEED’s learning management system and digital infrastructure, supporting enrolments, course delivery, and certification. With expertise in e-learning systems and compliance reporting, he ensures seamless student access and accurate record management. His work underpins HEED’s ability to deliver efficient, technology-enabled training and provide reliable reporting for clients and regulators alike.

Rhani Treloar

Enrolments & Enquiries Officer

Rhani is a registered paramedic with Medical Edge, where she works across a wide range of events, including music festivals, motocross, equestrian competitions, major concerts, and sporting matches at venues like the MCG. At Heed, she is a valued member of the team, drawing on her real-world experience to support students, answer enquiries, and provide insight into the inner workings of the pre-hospital workforce.
Before her current role, Rhani spent a number of years with Ambulance Victoria as an Ambulance Community Officer and now also contributes her skills within the Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) sector. If you complete your placement with Medical Edge in Victoria, there is a good chance you’ll meet her in the field.

Kristy Heitmann

Training Manager
Registered Paramedic

Kristy is a senior trainer with extensive experience in first aid and emergency healthcare education.

As the Training Manager, she supports HEED’s training workforce by supervising delivery, guiding trainers, and ensuring participant outcomes meet national standards.

She also plays a key role in moderation and trainer calibration, maintaining quality and consistency across all programs.

Ben Milton

Senior Trainer
Registered Paramedic

Ben is an Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedic with Ambulance Victoria, and a Critical Care Paramedic with Medical Edge Australia.

When not on an emergency ambulance, Ben works at high-risk major events, music festivals and endurance events, providing critical care interventions in the pre-hospital environment.

Ben supervises students both on road, and in the event sector, to provide supervision and support to foster learning. As a Trainer and Assessor, Ben will support your learning at Workshops and learning content, and provide feedback on assessment tasks.
